Chef Michael Robin Maddox was raised in an agricultural environment, with an early appreciation for food. His family raised soybeans, corn, swine, cattle and chickens. They also grew their own fruits and vegetables, canned, butchered, smoked and cured their own meats.
Chef Michael Maddox attended Kendall College in Evanston, Illinois and received his B. A. Chef Maddox's professional experience includes The Bonaventure Resort and Spa (Ft. Lauderdale, FL), La Boheme (Winnetka, IL), White Truffle Catering (Winnetka), and Le Titi de Paris (Arlington Heights, IL). For 8 years, Michael and his wife Susan owned and operated Le Titi de Paris, and continued to strive for elegance, surpassing their customer’s expectations through cuisine, ambiance, and service.
Currently, Chef Maddox teaches culinary classes at libraries, cooking stores, and is a Chef Instructor at the College of Du Page in Glen Ellyn.
