Chef Susan Maddox will inspire you as she demonstrates some of Hollywood’s most famous dishes–helping you discover a favorite of your own.
Chef Susan has over 25 years of Culinary experience working for various restaurants, country clubs, and corporate dining venues. She studied at Kendall College, CIA Greystone and traveled through Italy learning authentic Italian techniques. She is a dedicated teacher at College of DuPage as an adjunct Chef Instructor and visits many Chicagoland libraries. Chef Maddox’s professional experience includes Chef and Proprietor of Le Titi De Paris, Motorola Food Works, Wynstone Country Club, Vidalia On The Park, Bella Vista, and Va Pensiero.
