Drop in to the lobby to learn about the I-PASS Assist program for income-eligible individuals, replace your old white transponder with a new I-PASS stick tag, get help managing your account, and more.

Representatives from the Illinois Tollway will be available at a table in the lobby for I-PASS On Demand. Patrons are welcome to come on a walk-in basis to receive their I-PASS stick tag (which replaces the old white transponders), account management assistance, Pay By Plate service assistance, and information on I-PASS Assist.
