Canine Massage Informational Workshop – JoAnne Dykhuizen will explore the many physical and psychological benefits of canine massage and show a few techniques that you can use to attain astounding results with your canine.
Canine massage therapy is a complementary modality whose benefits can include helping to relieve soreness, helping to make joints more flexible, improving range of motion, and supporting the immune system of dogs. It uses various forms of touch with intent to maintain or improve physical and emotional well-being.
Speaker Bio: JoAnne Dykhuizen is an educator, author and speaker and is a certified canine massage therapist and Owner of Feel So Good Canine Massage, LLC, is a Reiki Practitioner and certified in CPR/First Aid for Dogs and Cats. JoAnne presents workshops on The Value and Benefits of Canine Massage, How to Help Your Senior Dog Age Gracefully, and Pet Parenting Canine Massage classes, both virtually and in-person.
