Speaker Terry Paggi is an Investor Assistance Specialist with the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission’s Chicago Regional Office. Mr. Paggi has been with the SEC since November 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Paggi was the Director of Global Investigations for E*TRADE Financial. Mr. Paggi was also a Major Case Detective with the Will County Sheriff’s Police. Mr. Paggi is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and a Certified Anti Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS). Mr. Paggi has an A.S. in Criminal Justice from Joliet Junior College and a B.A. in Liberal Arts from Western Illinois University.
