Personal Safety and Self Defense Workshop
Join us for an interactive personal safety and self defense workshop with Lindsey Daehnke of Strictly Self Defense. Signup required, begins Sep 15 for TP cardholders, Sep 28 for others if space permits.
This session will include training in three key areas:

Mindset:
- Basic personal safety strategies
- Myth busting some common safety myths

Skill set:
- Simple, effective strikes
- Escapes from common grabs

Planning:
- Understand the importance of planning for unwanted interactions
- Learn the components of an effective personal safety plan
All attendees must have a signed electronic waiver on file in order to participate. Attendees under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian complete the waiver. Please complete the electronic waiver in advance of the event.
As Lindsey, the founder of Strictly Self Defense states: "I want everyone to make choices that decrease their likelihood of becoming a victim. The best way to do that is to have a plan. Perpetrators have a plan, potential victims should too."
