If you are interested in applying for a Ride Free card, please complete the Benefit Access Program application through the Illinois Department on Aging prior to coming in. (Pictures will be taken for free the day of the event).
Please bring a valid government issued ID. For those who are under 65 please bring proof of disability. Drop in event.
