Grades 6-8: Each month we'll discuss a nominee from the Caudill 2026 Young Readers' Book Award nominee list. We meet at Bean N' Breek in Tinley Park. Signup & permission slip required.

Grades 6-8: Participants read a title from the Caudill 2026 Young Readers' Book Award nominee list each month. This month we'll be discussing Ghost Book by Remy Lai. In this graphic novel, July Chen sees ghosts. But her dad insists ghosts aren't real. So she pretends they don't exist. This is incredibly difficult now as it's Hungry Ghost month, when the Gates of the Underworld open and dangerous ghosts run amok in the living world! 

At our book discussion. TPPL will provide each attendee a snack and drink from a preselected menu. Book club meets at the following location: Bean N' Breek 17835 80th Avenue, Tinley Park, IL 60477.
