With a master's degree in Exercise Science and as a professional dancer, Elaine Gotfryd Noonan will increase your strength, flexibility and endurance in your muscles. A yearly waiver must be signed prior to participating and can be accessed using this link or obtained at the library before class. The completed waiver must be returned to the library and is valid for the designated class for the current calendar year.
Instructor Bio: Elaine Gotfryd Noonan holds a master's degree in Exercise Science and was a professional dancer at the legendary Sabre Room for 11 years (including opening the show for Tony Bennett!). She is also a Stress Management Educator with a certificate from Governors State University. Also, with a Master of Library Science Degree, Elaine was a School District Librarian for 21 years. Combining these master degrees, Elaine has earned the esteemed title of THE Dancing Librarian!!
Elaine creates enjoyable and challenging dance/fitness workshops adaptable to persons of any fitness level.
